Welcome to this week’s Flashback Friday!
This week, we will be highlighting one of our many fabulous past workshops – our Foraging Session with forester and writer Jamie Simpson in 2023.
Jamie led a small group of participants through some beautiful trails in the Eastport Peninsula to find foraged greens, berries, and mushrooms, which they were later able to use to make a shared lunch. This workshop was a fantastic opportunity to turn words to practice, and helped bring out a sense of community among the guests.
What is a memorable Winterset workshop for you? As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we look forward to creating many more fascinating activities for our guests in the years to come!
