2009 - Patrick WarnerMole (Ireland)

Patrick Warner has published three collections of poetry. His first collection, All Manner of Misunderstanding, was short-listed for the Atlantic Poetry Prize in 2002. His second collection, There, there (2005)was awarded the E.J. Pratt Award for poetry. A new collection of poems, Mole, was published in the spring of 2009.His poetry has been anthologized in Coastlines: The Poetry of Atlantic Canada, in Backyards of Heaven: an anthology of Newfoundland and Irish poetry, and in The New Canon: an anthology of Canadian Poetry.
Patrick Warner's short fiction appears in the EarLit Shorts 3 anthology. He grew up Claremorris, Co. Mayo, Ireland, but now lives in St. John's, Newfoundland.
