2009 - Lee StringerWatching the Road

Lee Stringer's first book Watching the Road is a collection of short stories eight years in the making. Some stories took him years to write, chipping away at them from time to time or letting the characters develop in his mind. Others he dashed off in a matter of days. The stories are set in his home province of Newfoundland, but are of universal appeal.He has plans for a novel - a story of Newfoundlanders living and working in Alberta.
